I ended the year at Freedom Brazilian Church with a wicked setup from Neato Design. This year has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows but by the grace of God and a whole lot of grit I'm here. I knew that getting back into the production scene wouldn't be easy but I've been blessed to find a community of people that have pushed me to be a better tech and person. There are too many to name and I'd hate to leave someone out.
Production is behind the scenes, we get to an event hours before anyone to set up and we're there hours after striking the event. With that in mind, if we've worked together this year, thank you. I've been able to work with the best in the industry and have made some great friends along the way.
I'm terrible at taking photos when I'm working at an event, that's something I intend to change in 2025. However, for NYE the wonderful Julio Casado was on site taking the cleanest pics AND he shared them with me. (Link to the pictures.) If you need a local photographer hit him up and tell him I sent you.
I don't believe in new year's resolutions, mostly because in 7th grade I made a resolution to get on the basketball team and this fat boy did not have it in him. However, I do believe in plans.
I plan on taking more, and better, photos/videos when I'm working events.
I plan on learning new things and being the best tech I can be.
I plan on seeing you in 2025.
